How to Find My Ring Size
Finding Your Perfect Ring Size
Getting the right ring size is important for comfort and security. Here are a few methods to help you find your perfect fit:
Method 1: Use a Ring Sizer
The most accurate way is to use a professional ring sizer. Visit any jewelry store for a free sizing, or order a ring sizer online.
Method 2: Measure an Existing Ring
If you have a ring that fits well:
- Place the ring on a ruler and measure the inside diameter in millimeters
- Use a ring size chart to convert the measurement to your size
Method 3: String or Paper Method
- Take a thin strip of paper, around 10–12 cm long.
- Wrap it around the finger you want to measure so it sits comfortably but snug.
- Use a pen or pencil to mark where the paper meets itself.
- Lay the paper flat and measure from the end to your mark in millimetres — that’s your finger’s circumference.
- Use the ring sizing chart below to convert your measurement into a US ring size.
Important Tips:
- Measure your finger at the end of the day when it's largest
- Consider the width of the ring - wider bands typically need a larger size
- Account for temperature - fingers are smaller in cold weather
- If between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort
