Thank you for shopping with Boehm Designs. Each piece is handmade with care. Please read our returns policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Change-of-Mind Returns
Because our jewelry is handmade and often customized, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at boehmdesigns35@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
3. Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original packaging (where possible).
- Proof of purchase is required.
- We’ll provide the return address once your return is approved.
4. Shipping Costs
- If the item is faulty or we’ve made an error, we cover the return shipping.
- For any other approved returns (if applicable), the customer covers return shipping.
